About this role

The UC/Voice Engineer will work as part of a team of Unified Communications engineers supporting 66 ABG/SC and its customers under Core Services. The position is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise voice and telephony solutions in accordance with Air Force enterprise standards, policies, certification/accreditation, and information assurance requirements. Design, manage, and implement voice solutions in accordance with Air Force enterprise standards. Plan voice environments and develop/review procedures addressing capacity, performance, reliability, and security. Design, install, configure, operate, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot voice infrastructure and related services.…
