About this role

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Department of Labor Pathway Home and monitors the daily management of the team of 4 focusing on broader goals and outcomes as required by the funder. Essential Duties: Ultimate responsibility for the supervision of program faculty, 3 Career Coach and 1 Job Developer. If necessary, substitute for, and adequately perform all duties of any other paid faculty (staff). Ensure compliance with DOL, administrative and fiscal regulations in accordance with the Contract Agreement provisions. Monitor operational costs meet budget guidelines.
