California Opportunity Youth Apprenticeship Program Join Amity Foundation in our partnership with the ELAC and Cuesta College Registered Apprenticeship Programs to pursue a career in the field of Substance Use and Behavioral Disorder Counseling. This apprenticeship pathway provides college education, hands-on training, and career development support. Participants will receive free program-specific instruction, in-person or online, and complete 2,000 hours of paid fieldwork. A total educational stipend of $2,450 is distributed in 4 payments throughout the duration of the program.
