Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in New York City. In this full-time internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced HR department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources or Recruiting.
Principal Accountabilities:
Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate reviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates to confirm availability, logistics, and next steps
Manage job postings across internal and external platforms
