About this role

Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate Change, Incident, Problem, Deployment and Release processes in line with ITIL practices. Take ownership of requests and incidents, acting as a Single Point of Contact for IT users and technical teams. Monitor operational issues, coordinate follow-up actions and support Root Cause Analysis activities. Define, implement and maintain release and deployment processes, including planning, packaging, documentation and risk assessment. Support CI/CD processes and automation using enterprise DevOps tools. Maintain and administer toolchains including Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Nexus, SonarQube, Jira, Matomo and Codescene. Configure, maintain and troubleshoot applications and middleware across Linux and Windows environments.…
