About this role
This is a role for an engineer who wants real influence. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work across teams to solve our hardest problems, shape key architecture decisions, mentor the next generation of engineers, and lead how we adopt AI-assisted and agentic development across the whole engineering organisation. Requirements Experience • 5+ years (or equivalent) of software development experience. • 2+ years with React (or a similar frontend framework) and 2+ years with NodeJS. • Deep, practical knowledge of TypeScript, microservice architecture and AWS (we run Fargate, moving to Lambda, API Gateway and SQS). • A track record of mentoring, raising engineering standards and pragmatic technical decision-making.…
