Jij brengt rust en duidelijkheid en ziet wat iemand nodig heeft. Ook als de spanning oploopt, bied jij houvast en overzicht. Jouw rol als Amstadammer Als Begeleider op woonlocatie De Singel ondersteun je bewoners met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB). Sommige bewoners hebben daarnaast autisme, een psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid of gedrag dat extra begeleiding vraagt. De ondersteuningsvragen lopen uiteen van het bieden van structuur en coaching tot het begeleiden van bewoners die spanning ervaren en behoefte hebben aan nabijheid, duidelijkheid en voorspelbaarheid.…
