About the Role Our retail clients and the brokers who serve them do the heavy lifting. This role makes sure they walk into every meeting with the best numbers in the room. As a Reporting Analyst on the Group Support Team, you'll turn our retail performance data into the reporting packages and executive presentations our National Relationship Managers carry into client meetings. You'll spend your days in Excel and PowerPoint. Performance reporting and AI tools like Claude are part of the job, not a bonus — we expect you to use them well. This is a building role. You'll produce the materials; others will present them. Reporting runs on a set cycle, ad hoc requests land on top of it, and accuracy matters because your work goes in front of senior leaders and our largest retail partners.…
