Operations Enablement Specialist Amwins Connect (benefits division, part of Amwins) is seeking an Operations Enablement Specialist to join. This individual will collaborate across all areas to ensure a positive customer experience that leads to increased sales, company growth, and promotes greater allegiance within the broader broker community. In this role, the Operations Enablement Specialist owns the management of successfully identifying gaps, managing implementation projects and transition of teams into the overall Amwins Connect business.
