Join Amwins Self-Funded, LLC., as an Underwriting Assistant. The Underwriting Assistant provides foundational support to the underwriting team by coordinating proposal materials, organizing data, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the sales and renewal process. This role is designed as a learning and development position, giving team members hands-on exposure to the underwriting process while building the skills and knowledge required to grow into a full Underwriter role. This is an in-office position that offers flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week after the completion of training.
