About this role
Your mission Job Goals Collaboration with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement and support production operations. Ensure manufacturability of new products (DFM – Design for Manufacturability). Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications. Key Tasks Review engineering drawings and provide feedback to optimize designs for production. Design and implement manufacturing processes, tools and equipment. Develop, implement and refine manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issues. Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and work instructions. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.…
