POSITION OVERVIEW To handle all aspects of MHR Dept. and other HR tasks - like recruitment, planning and deployment of seafarers. FPM oversees MHR Dept. activities and staff ensuring compliance of established Company's policies. ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES · Monitor Statistics and Analysis of Inactive / Promotion / PIP/ Medicals of Sea staff. · Verify applicable wages, standby wages, other payments due and recovering monies in letter of assignment · Take decisions for retention/ re-employment / promotion/ training/counseling and ship board follow up. · Training - Emphasis on training of officers and crew on safety and pollution prevention and company‘s expectations from them on quality improvement.…
