ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES To be fully conversant with the Maritime Labour Convention, and in particular the “Seafarer Recruitment and Placement” section to which must be adhered too and followed at all times • Maintain complete familiarity with the company’s recruitment process, and documentation requirements. • Identify and recruit the most suitable candidates from a limited global pool of qualified seafarers, ensuring alignment with company recruitment process and selection standards. • Conduct proactive sourcing activities, including regular communication and follow-ups through job portals and other recruitment channels. • Regularly update and manage the Company Recruitment Database with information of all contacted seafarers and follow-ups.…
