Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and managerial oversight of multiple buildings (operational (open 24/7/365) and residential); implementing policies, procedures, and programs that will assure well-managed, well-maintained buildings and equipment; leading staff in a positive service response to the concerns and needs of employees and tenants; providing assurance of safety concerns, quality programs, NYC code compliance and policy compliance, in coordination and conjunction with the company goals.
