About this role

ANINE BING is looking for a CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to join our Ecommerce team. This is a build role at the intersection of lifecycle marketing and AI-powered personalization. You will own retention from strategy to execution, shape our CRM platform stack, and bring a genuinely modern approach to how we use data, automation, and AI to deepen the relationship with our customer. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. This role is open in both New York and Los Angeles — we are looking for the most qualified candidate regardless of location.
