About this role
Saint Anselm College, a private, liberal arts college in the Benedictine tradition, is seeking an Area Coordinator to join the Residential Life and Education Department. The Area Coordinator is a is a live-in, 11-month professional staff position, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Residential Life or their designee, with duties coordinated by the Director of Residential Life and Education. This person supervises 1-2 Resident Directors as well as a staff of paraprofessional Resident Assistants (RAs) and is integrally involved in the planning and delivery of the residential education program, specifically the oversight and support for the academic and co-curricular planning in a larger upper-class residential area.…
