Benefits Manager

Job description This position is responsible for the daily administration of the company’s health, welfare, and 401(k) benefit plans including leave and disability accommodation requests. The Benefits Manager will work closely with the SVP of Total Rewards to facilitate new hire orientation, the annual open enrollment process, and run the day-to-day administration of Antares’ benefit programs and leave administration while ensuring programs remain competitive and compliant with applicable law.
