Job Description Reporting to the Managing Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Compensation Accountant will be responsible for the financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting over new and existing compensation plans (e.g., annual discretionary bonus, restricted unit plan, phantom restricted unit plan, carried interest plan, and other incentive plans). This position will also oversee financial accounting of equity purchases and sales under equity purchase programs, and will work closely with the tax and HR teams on tracking relevant data. The role supports the FP&A team during annual budget processes and monthly forecast updates.
