About this role

Als projectleider spoor leid jij trajecten in goede banen en bouw je mee aan een veilige en duurzame railinfrastructuur in Nederland. Wat doe je als projectleider rail bij Antea Group? Van spoorvernieuwing en station aanpassingen tot viaducten en onderdoorgangen: jij geeft als projectleider rail leiding aan uitdagende projecten in en rondom de spoorse infrastructuur. Met onze collega’s ontwikkel je voor elk project een plan van aanpak. Je denkt de verschillende stappen uit en brengt de juiste specialisten samen. Vervolgens zorg jij ervoor dat jouw project binnen planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen wordt uitgevoerd. Met jouw praktische en motiverende inbreng zorg jij ervoor dat de projectleden groeien in hun rol. Ook stimuleer jij ze om kansen en innovaties uit te werken.…
