Clinic Registered Nurse

Location: Elkhart Clinic Pay Range: $24.83 - $46.12 Job Description Summary Provides safe, accurate and efficient patient care, including but not limited to: patient assessment, vital signs, review of labs, medication review and safety, allergy verification, performs review of systems, completes medical forms, facilitates prescription refill, and performs dose verification and drug administration if needed. The clinic nurse will additionally review incoming phone calls related to patient conditions, concerns, and needs and communication the concerns, condition, or need to the provider.
