Location: Remote Position Hiring Range: $20.60 - $32.41 RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for ensuring all surgical and hospital claims processed through EMR and Centricity are correct and compliant. Ensure proper documentation is on file. Ensure all physicians in assigned area of responsibility are complaint with dictations, and documentation with patient’s treatment. To ensure all assigned charts are coded and billed out daily. Assigns medical codes for general surgery procedures for medical records and billing purposes. As part of your duties, you look at medical records and information and assign codes for each procedure and diagnosis for each patient.
