Under the direction and support of the EMR Manager, , participates in customer support, user training and health information data verification/entry. Performs ongoing system testing to ensure accurate/optimal functioning. Participates in EMR training, documentation entry and implementation during mergers. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders as needed. This role often includes travel, tight deadlines and when necessary, long hours. Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant healthcare information regulations, along with organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
