Location: Triple Crown Urology Hiring Range: $19.28 - $27.10 Job Description Summary Provides support to clinical team to complete necessary tasks for indirect and direct patient care. Collects data to prepare new patient charts, completes medical forms, and provides facilitates prescription refills as directed by the physician or APP. Obtains prior authorizations as needed for prescription medications. Role may also include supporting incoming phone calls regarding patient and consulting Consults with Clinical Nurse Manager, Lead RN, and/or physician to present patient’s problem and resolve the problem or direct calls to appropriate person. Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures.…
