Location: Oncology Consultants - Medical Center CCO Office Pay Range: $14.47 - $22.88 Job Description Summary: The primary duties for the medical scribe are to accompany the physician into the exam room in order to document each patient’s interaction with the doctor. Scribes will use the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in real-time to document dictation from the physician. Scribes are clerical in nature and are not patient care providers. Primary Key Performance Areas: Accompany the physician in the exam room for the patient interview and examination. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to document patient care as dictated by the physician in a legible, clear manner following all local, state and federal guidelines for documentation.…
