Location: Remote Position Pay Range: $52,395.20 - $92,164.80 RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary: Provides disease specific management, a working knowledge of oncology principles, the ability to manage chemotherapy and the side effects, and can monitor and address symptoms. Works with patients and families throughout the course of treatment and beyond to provide an understanding of their disease, their treatment plans, and address patient clinical and psychosocial issues as required. Symptom management calls are made proactively to anticipate needs of patients undergoing treatment and to manage side effects of disease and/or treatment. RN Care coordinator documents assessment and interventions in real time in the electronic medical record.…
