About this role

APM MONACO is looking for a permanent contract in Part-Time (20h per week) for our shop in Hamburg ! Welcome & Client Experience ● Welcome clients and settle them in to offer a warm experience from the moment they enter the boutique ● Offer the coffee and chocolate service to punctuate the visit ● Prepare gift wrapping with care ● Manage the queue and ensure a smooth client flow, especially during busy periods Coordination & Sales Support ● Assist sales advisors throughout the sales process, so they can focus fully on the client relationship ● Coordinate with the sales team to identify clients who need priority assistance Boutique Operations ● Ensure restocking on the shop floor ● Carry out back-and-forth trips between the stockroom and the boutique as needed ● Take part in receiving and s…
