Apogee Services Inc. Position Summary The Construction Risk Documentation Specialist will obtain information on customer construction projects to facilitate in sending preliminary notices of lien rights. The Specialist will track projects payment progress and apply the information to review, mark up, send for legal review and provide lien waivers to customers as requested or needed. They will also assist in onboarding new customer accounts, including pulling and reviewing credit information as well as making recommendations. Responsibilities Collect and process Project Information Sheets Review project tracking reports Collect and process Lien Waivers Process Credit application requests Prepare Export documentation Process Credit reference requests.
