Viracon LLC Viracon is continuously hiring entry-level Production Associates to support our day shift operations in Owatonna, MN. Pay Range: $18.95 – $20.55/hr What You’ll Do You will support manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards. What We’re Looking For This is an entry-level role. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, able to work a day shift schedule, follow instructions, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
