About this role

Apogee is seeking an experienced Workforce Readiness & Enablement Lead to support workforce modeling, organizational readiness, user adoption, training, and knowledge transfer activities for a federal simulation and analytics solution. The successful candidate will play a critical role in understanding workforce capabilities, organizational impacts, staffing requirements, and readiness challenges while helping translate workforce insights into simulation models, decision-support tools, and operational readiness strategies.
