About You You are a talented and professional IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for enabling high-quality, timely, and market-aligned hiring decisions across technical roles. This role acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business stakeholders, bridging talent market realities with business needs, while owning complex recruitment initiatives end to end. Qualifications You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is desired. 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment (software engineering, data, cloud, QA, etc.).
