JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of low voltage copper and fiber optic systems. • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. • Train and mentor newly hired team members on best practices and safety protocols. • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine installation needs and requirements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
