ABOUT THE ROLE As Applied Intuition scales its global operations across automotive, trucking, construction, mining, agriculture, and defense verticals, we need a dedicated leader to build and own the end-to-end training and development function for our operations teams worldwide. This person will assess each operations role, map the competencies and knowledge required, design the full learning journey from onboarding through advanced mastery, and then build and deploy the curriculum at scale. The ideal candidate has done this before in the autonomous vehicle industry or a similarly complex, safety-critical domain and combines deep instructional design expertise with hands-on program management skills.
