Legal Counsel - Americas

About this role
You’ll be based in our Boston office as part of applike group’s international Legal team, led by our General Counsel in Hamburg. You’ll be the team’s go-to person for the Americas, handling the region’s legal matters day to day, working closely with colleagues in Europe on shared standards, templates and cross-border deals.
This is a rare chance to build applike’s and adjoe’s legal presence in the Americas from the ground up, side by side with the General Counsel. You’ll shape how we contract, negotiate and manage risk across the US, Canada and Latin America. You’ll also be the go-to legal partner for our fast-growing Americas business and partner closely with their commercial leadership team (i.e., VP Revenue and Managing Director GTM).…
