About this role

SuperStaff is seeking a strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager and Outreach Expert to lead our digital presence, social campaigns, and outbound marketing initiatives. This role will own the cross-platform social content calendar, drive creative growth and content repurposing strategies, manage targeted email and LinkedIn lead generation, and serve as the authentic digital voice of our brand to drive qualified traffic and enterprise pipeline. Duties and Responsibilities Work towards becoming the marketing “expert” for SuperStaff by understanding the brand’s voice, positioning, audience, and evolving market needs.
