Overview The Datacenter Critical Environment Technician Manager leads a team of technicians responsible for operating and maintaining the critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure that powers Microsoft's datacenters. This role combines people leadership with accountability for facility operations, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, incident response, and safety.
