About this role

Overview Help shape the financial strategy and execution behind Microsoft’s AI growth in Japan. You will join Japan Commercial Finance and partner with Sales, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Sales Excellence, and regional and corporate Finance teams to support the growth of Copilot and Cowork. You will help the team connect financial and operational signals, strengthen business decisions, and drive sustainable customer value. As the Finance Manager for Copilot and Cowork, you will provide financial insight across planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will analyze revenue, pipeline, paid seats, adoption, usage, consumption, and renewals; identify risks and opportunities; and collaborate with business leaders to define action plans.…
