The business combines a strong Unified Support foundation with a rapidly growing consulting and transformation practice focused on AI, Cloud, Security, Data, Application Innovation, and Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD). Indonesia remains a highly strategic market with significant whitespace opportunities across enterprise, public sector, financial services, telecommunications, and state-owned enterprises. This role is responsible for leading both the protection and growth of Microsoft's Services business in Indonesia.
