Multi (semi) skilled maintenance operative required for housing provider. Main duties and responsibilities Working as part of the maintenance team to respond to all basic maintenance and repair issues in the buildings, focussing on plumbing Ensure that works are performed in accordance with agreed timescales, financial regulations, current legislation and budgets. To attend MIDAS training as required. To maintain a clean UK driving licence suitable for the organisations vehicles To complete multi-disciplined types of maintenance both inside and outside our properties such as, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, basic electrical checks, groundwork and painting.…
