The OTC Senior Analyst plays a significant role within the Order to Cash Cycle. The timely collection of cash is key to enabling key risk management and business decisions within our Aptiv business, also plays a significant role within the timely resolution of disputes is crucial for maintaining high quality relationships with internal and external customers, which in hand improves cash collections effectiveness rate and overall. Your Role Perform all aspects of collections regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio, including: Resolving customer financial queries Managing overdue payments through Collections Workflow Contact with customers via phone, email etc.…
