About this role
The Assembly Quality Engineer is responsible for leading the plant’s quality and reliability activities to ensure that products meet customer expectations, internal standards, and IATF 16949 requirements. This role oversees the assembly quality team, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages customer interactions related to quality, and ensures robust processes to prevent and address non-conformities. Responsibilities: Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF 16949 standards. Coordinate the plant’s quality and reliability team.
