About this role

Your Role: Plan and control quality deliverables and project schedules for assigned projects. Assign Software Quality Project Leaders and Software Quality Engineers to projects. Manage cost center budgets and resource planning using the RAIDA tool. Ensure all released software complies with Aptiv quality standards and customer requirements. Plan, monitor, and develop team capabilities. Lead and manage the engineering team, including: Workforce planning Task execution and prioritization Adapting to changing project needs MY CORE management Vacation approvals Timesheet approvals Career development Coordinate team training activities to address process, project, and product-specific needs.
