About this role

Position Overview: As an Americas Talent Sourcing Specialist , you will play a critical role in strategically identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across the Americas region to support the evolving needs of our business. Partnering closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Employer Branding teams, you will drive talent intelligence initiatives, strengthen talent pipelines, and contribute to innovative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, source, and engage top talent across the Americas region.
