The People & Culture Coordinator supports the programs, processes, and employee experiences that help Aqueduct attract, welcome, develop, engage, and retain great people. As a member of our two-person People & Culture team, you will play a hands-on role across People Operations, employee data and reporting, benefits administration, systems and AI, learning, culture, engagement, and special events. You will help ensure that core People processes run smoothly while identifying opportunities to make them more organized, efficient, data-informed, and employee-friendly. This is a growth-oriented role for someone who is ambitious, curious, and eager to build a career in People & Culture. You do not need to arrive with deep expertise in every area.…
