Overall Target of the Position: Establish the detailed manufacturing processes of the job by utilizing own experience and coordination with lead factories for implementing their best processes and practices. Drive the culture of continuous improvements and take lean initiatives. Drive and coordinate the execution of Machine Shop operations, machining processes related to machining wing to wing with (SQDC). Zero deviation in Safety and Quality. Ensure alignment of different stakeholders to achieve OTD & shop Utilization. Responsibilities · Define and finalize the manufacturing process in the form of MOPs & SOPs for every component of rotary part in advance to the start of production. · Work out optimum handbook hours in detail for every project.…
