About this role

Lead & drive the Nuclear steam turbine & generator manufacturing technical training program across all the product lines . Manage training school for technicians (& staff as needed). Person will be accountable for training program management incl. processes like welding, machining & assembly, Testing related training, maintenance training etc. To ensure desired skilled workforce is deputed on production shop as per plan It is also desired that persons is able to impart strong Safety & Quality culture amongst the technicians along with technical know-how.
