About this role
About You: PureGrid Electrical executes industrial electrical work on active projects across the country and depends on field leaders who can coordinate crews, plan ahead, maintain safety, and drive production in partnership with project leadership. PureGrid is looking for a Foreman who is directly responsible for leading and working alongside a field crew made up of journeymen and helpers. This person is responsible for planning the work, making sure materials and information are ready ahead of time, coordinating with leadership, and owning production, quality, and crew performance on site.
