About this role
In this role, you will: - Coordinate with HR and Training Staff and create maintenance training schedules. - Coach maintenance hourly/salary employees as needed with maintenance systems, processes, and contractual requirements. - Track On the Job Training Hours (OJT) hours for up to 75+ apprentices and probationary employees and manage their reviews and/or retention decisions. - Register and track apprentices in the Iowa Office of Apprenticeship. - Assist with documentation and filing of apprentice and probationary reviews, plantwide mobile equipment training records and on the job training forms. - Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) including training requests, changes, training assignments, etc. - Other duties as assigned.
