Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:   As the Director, Merchandising, you set the regional product and assortment strategy for the APAC region in alignment with our global product strategies and brand direction for long-range, profitable, seasonal assortments and line plans. You build, lead and mentor a team who create new ways of working across product lines and categories, to deliver a unique commercialization experience. Serving as the voice of our APAC consumer, you’ll partner to translate our design vision into compelling, consumer-centric product framework plans, realized through merchandising execution. You build bridges within your teams and cross-functionally to ensure the Go to Market (GTM) plan is realized, guiding the representation of our product experience through all channels.…
