As the Director, Planning - EMEA, you set the planning strategy that connects regional performance to Arc'teryx's broader growth and profitability objectives. You own the planning framework across B2B, Retail and eCommerce, from long-range financial targets through to inventory and merchandise planning, and you lead the cross-functional decision-making that keeps Merchandising, Channel Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital aligned.
