About this role

Deine Aufgaben Wir suchen einen Corporate Development & Strategy Manager (m/w/d) als starke Unterstützung für unser Corporate Development & Strategy Team. Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Workstreams in unseren M&A-Prozessen, in der Investorenkommunikation und in zentralen strategischen Initiativen für CEO, CFO und Beirat. M&A Sourcing & Pipeline-Pflege: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer M&A-Pipeline, strukturierte Bewertung neuer Targets sowie Durchführung von Outreach- und Banker-Calls. Projektmanagement Akquisitionsprozesse: Steuerung der Due-Diligence- und Legal-Documentation-Streams – inklusive eigenständiger Umsetzung der Commercial Due Diligence, von der Analyse bis zur finalen Entscheidungsvorlage für Geschäftsführung und Beirat.…
